CLASSES

  • CrossFit

    One hour workouts consisting of a mixture of Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and HIIT cardio. Workouts are accessible to everyone of any fitness level and modified to suit your ability!

  • Barbell

    Barbell Class is programmed to help you build raw power and speed while minimizing injury risk.

    Here’s why it works: It combines heavy lifting with speed-based work to develop strength AND power. Targeted Accessory Work – Strengthen weak points to enhance overall performance. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or working to build more strength and confidence, this class adapts to YOU.

  • HIIT30

    This program starts athletes where they are and takes them to more than they thought they could be! We couple weighted movements with cardio machines in this class. Expect to sweat!

  • Open Gym

    24 hour access outside of scheduled classes
