  • Kim

    Coach

CrossFit Level 1 | CrossFit Judging Course

"I started coaching CrossFit 4 years ago and am excited to be back at it after a short break. I got into coaching for a lot of the same reasons I love teaching: to help others tap into their skills and find their gifts while building confidence.

Community to me is a group of people with common goals who encourage each other, listen without judgment, and push each other to be better.

Outside of the gym, I work as a school district STEM Coach. I love to watch movies, play volleyball, and spend time with my family."

  • Kelsey

    Coach

Crossfit Level 2 | Crossfit Kids | CrossFit Judging Course | CrossFit Scaling | Spot the Flaw

Kelsey has been involved in Crossfit since 2011 after her husband Cole started his journey and could not stop talking about it. She obtained her L1 certificate in 2017 and began coaching. She got her Crossfit Kids certification in 2019 and her L2 in 2022.

“I love coaching Crossfit because I love to help people reach their goals and be the best version of themselves. I love to be part of someone’s fitness/wellness journey and watch them grow and find passion in healthy living. Crossfit is an opportunity every day to learn something new and find a new PR. I also want to show my son that making healthy choices and working out can be fun and exciting!”

  • Mary

    Coach

    CrossFit Level 1

Mary started CrossFit in 2017 and has been coaching CrossFit since 2018. When the gymnastics facility she was coaching at decided to outsource strength and conditioning for athletes in 2017 and turned to a CrossFit gym for help.

“The owner saw something in me and slowly pulled me into the gym and got me back on the road to prioritizing my own health. In many ways, CrossFit saved my life. I moved back to WI in 2022 and attended another local gym until March, when I decided to make a change that would help me reach my CrossFit goals. I am so excited to be a member of the Bad Batch family and help everyone in the gym grow and improve! Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome!”

  • Ashley

Ashley’s Crossfit journey started in 2010 when CF Green Bay opened. SO eager to learn, Ashley flew to CA in 2011 and became a Crossfit Olympic Lifting certified coach. Ashley has also had her PT certification since 2011 and has been working hard in the group fitness industry ever since. She is one of our newest coaches to the BBCF Family.

“I truly LOVE being a coach and am PASSIONATE about helping people grow! The ability to use my knowledge, experience & love of fitness to help people find success in their health and wellness journey is a feeling unmatched. I love that coaching provides me the opportunity to contextualise workouts and movements in a way where I can teach both elite, experienced athletes and newbies alike. Being able to meet the respective needs of members by intensifying or modifying (scaling) a movement & then not just demonstrating the form but the WHY behind those movements is a creative outlet for me that fills my cup."
