"I coach because I love being able to share my knowledge and experiences with my clients and friends. I find fulfillment in bettering the lives of those around me through health, fitness, and well-being. I truly believe that if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life - and to me coaching is what I love to do. Whether it is to teach a technique, improve a skill, or see a member increase their power output - I find that coaching brings out the best in others."

CrossFit Level 1Destinyβs CrossFit journey started in 2018, she quickly fell in love with the methodology of CrossFit but continued to have a business/entrepreneurial mindset. This led to Destiny organizing the βBad Batch Playgroundβ aka the garage gym!

"I have been doing CrossFit since 2013. I began coaching in 2019. I started coaching teenagers and quickly realized adults are pretty cool too. I coach because I love helping people. Outside of CrossFit I am a Mental Health therapist. I believe there is a strong connection between mental health and physical health. I love working with people to challenge and support them both mentally and physically. I love finding different techniques and strategies to help people reach their goals. I love seeing people do things they never thought they were capable of whether it is lifting a heavy weight of doing their first pull up.
To me community is a group of people who come together to reach a common goal. Each person supports and encourages each other. Each person brings their own set of skills and abilities but all work together.
My husband Jason and I started Hero Sundays. We have worked to help raise money and awareness for Vets who struggle with PTSD. We love going to the movies and spending time with our amazing puppy Izzy Beans and traveling. I also enjoy reading a good book and finding creative ways to be outdoors."

CrossFit Level 1"I started coaching CrossFit 4 years ago and am excited to be back at it after a short break. I got into coaching for a lot of the same reasons I love teaching: to help others tap into their skills and find their gifts while building confidence.
Community to me is a group of people with common goals who encourage each other, listen without judgment, and push each other to be better.
Outside of the gym, I work as a school district STEM Coach. I love to watch movies, play volleyball, and spend time with my family."

"I coach because I want to serve others. CrossFit has been such a life-changing experience for me, I want to share it with others and help them with their journey.
I am a coach, veteran, Mission 22 WI State Leader, and Co-Founder of Hero Sundays with my amazing wife Ashley. I enjoy traveling, spoiling my dog, learning new things, and love them Brewers.
Community is built by a shared interest or goal. Itβs held together by loyalty and service to each other. Community keeps us humble whilst making us stronger than we knew possible."
